Done F5 (Refresh) for XDIR

To catch something like this would require installing a directory monitor and rewriting the XDIR content continually, which would be (1) slow, (2) really confusing to the user if the selection changed, and (3) make XDIR impossible to use in a directory with continually changing content. (Trying to select something when the number of files / directories is changing is ... challenging.)

Ref: XDIR anomalies

Add the ability to manually re-read (Refresh) the XDIR folder by pressing the F5 key.

Also: Monitor the currently displayed folder, and refresh the window when it changes. We know that you can do this.

I don't think that my use cases for XDir would normally require refreshing the currently displayed directory without my requesting it. As Rex noted elsewhere, selecting the "." item will refresh the current directory. Supporting F5 could also be useful.

I also agree with Rex's observation that doing this could
"make XDIR impossible to use in a directory with continually changing content. (Trying to select something when the number of files / directories is changing is ... challenging.)"

The most I would want XDir to do without my intervention is to display a visual indicator that the directory has been changed since it was first displayed. But I'm not sure I would even need that very often.

@rconn says that he cannot do this.
