Font color is not sticky

I am on TCC 36.00.38 x64. An issue I have noticed is the following. My foreground font color is set to green, but it is not sticky. For example, after when I run a DIR, the font color reverts to gray.

See the screenshot below. When I started a new TCC prompt, the default font color is green and so is the response when I enter some wrong command. After executing the DIR command, the font color is now gray.

Can someone help me sort this out?
