Help topic "copy.htm", last edited 2008-10-21 (V10) and 6/10/2008 (V9),
describing /Y option has CopyPromptonOverwrite link to wrong topic.

I believe the discussion should indicate that the option allows overwriting
existing files without prompting for permission.

I will not be updating v9 help (ever again). V10 help may or may not get an
update (but only if there are several additional & more serious problems).

It's an obsolete COMMAND.COM syntax and I definitely do *not* want to
encourage its use. (Among other things, it causes different behavior in
batch files and at the command line.)

And that's not what it does -- it's the opposite (it always forces a prompt
on an overwrite). That's covered in the Startup dialog page where the other
links to CopyPromptOnOverwrite point.
