1) When I opt to not create any icons in the start menu, an empty folder is still created in the start menu. This seems to only happen on initial install, not upgrades (when I also select no icons).
2) No option to not create the icon at the top of the classic start menu.
3) The installer leaves source files in %APPDATA%\JP Software\product\install when the product is uninstalled. When you perform an upgrade (for the same version) the MSI is properly replaced.

Those are all Windows Installer issues -- I'll pass them on to Microsoft
but I wouldn't expect anything to change soon.
