Misalignment of text

TC v11 on XP SP3 (Japanese version)

I have two problems with text alignment in the TCC window.
1) After an error message (green in the image), the prompt and user input appear on the right side of the screen, while the cursor appears in the proper place on the left side of the screen.
2) When LIST displays a file, each line begins on the right side of the screen (arrow in image) instead of at the left margin.

Unfortunately, we don't have any DBCS background here, so we don't
officially support those versions of Windows.

If you use English for the system language, do you see the same formatting
problems?
