New Tabbed Toolbar Problem in Build 18

When the TCMD option to lock the toolbar is changed, the toolbar is cleared.

When the toolbar is reloaded, moved to the desired location, and the lock option is selected again, the toolbar vanishes. When TCMD is closed and restarted, the toolbar is locked, but it's back in its default position at the top.

When one changes the status of the tabbed toolbar lock clicks OK to save the new setting, the toolbar still disappears, but the setting is made and one can reload the toolbar to the correct location. So, I think it's not the same as with previous versions, but it's workable.

Not reproducible here. I can lock / unlock the tabbed toolbar repeatedly and it never disappears. Are you doing anything else in combination with that?

Here's all I'm doing:

1. Open OPTIONS for Take Command.
2. Unclick the "Lock tabbed toolbar" item on the Advanced menu.
3. Click OK and return to TCMD.
4. The toolbar is gone!

I just checked to see if it might have been related to the structure/contents of my toolbar. I deleted everything and then created one tab with one button. The same behavior was observed.
