Stuck in fullscreen/maximized, TakeCommand IPC?

I maximized TCMD and closed it. When I restarted, it was a little bigger than maximized (a bit off the desktop). Now the maximize/restore button just toggles between maximized and a little bigger than maximized. How do I get it to a normal size again?

And what about the TC IPC? It's not working for me.

OK, I got it back to normal. When it's in that a_little_bigger_than_maximized state I could move it and size it.

But that seems to be a problem ... close it when it's maximized and on restart it's a little bigger than maximized.

Now it's working.

The maximized / restore issue is an (old) RTL bug. It should be working in build 31 (already uploaded).

I gave Claude Opus 4.7 a crack at it; after 6 failed attempts Claude had a nervous breakdown and refused to try again. I kludged up a workaround that should hold until I have time to go back and rework that part of the RTL.
