1/ HELP command options:
/n pass the command tail to the "Index" selection tab
/s pass the command tail to the "Search" selection tab
2/ HELP file:
new subtopic in topic "functioncats.htm": "TESTS" (include all character,
drive, file, string, etc. tests which return 0 or 1)
3/ New command to close all open @FILEOPEN handles, with query option.
Similar feature for binary buffers.
4/ New NEARLY_EQUAL numeric function, parameters 1 and 2 the numbers to
compare, optional parameter 3 defines "near"
