I have uploaded v36.51.73 to the web site.
The big change in this build is per-monitor DPI support. This was necessary because of a bug and some undocumented behavior in DirectWrite that was causing display artifacts when run on high DPI monitors with > 100% scaling (uneven brightness because of antialiasing, and thicker / thinner character stems depending on which column they landed on).
There's also some additional performance tweaking that increased the display output speed another 10 - 20%.
The per-monitor code required modifying almost every part of TCMD -- caption bar, status bar, frame, menus, dialogs, popup windows, tabbed toolbar, tab windows, property sheets, icons, scrollbars, etc. Hopefully I got them all, but let me know if you see anything that looks odd, particularly if you drag the TCMD window between monitors.
