Take Command window does not remember location

If I move the Take Command window, exit it, then start it again, it appears in a different location. It does seem to remember the size. The location seems mostly fixed regardless of where I place the window. If I remove tcmd.ini, it opens in a different location. But, if I move it, close it, and open it, it opens in a location different from where I moved it to. This happens on two computers. I exit either by typing "exit" or clicking the X in the title bar. The result is the same either way.

It was remembering its location. But not now. If you move it, minimize it, and restore it it does remember.

Minimizing is different. You haven't closed it. So, Windows is just remembering where it drew the window.

My monitors have scale set to 150%. That might be relevant.

I meant to say

If you move it, minimize it, restore it, and close it, it does remember the next time you start it.
