You're running 12.11.75, albeit with a 13.0 language dll. (This is harmless, as the only difference is in the version string.)

One of the translators inadvertently overwrote v12 with v13; I've corrected it and will upload a fixed build 76 shortly.

WAD, and it's *always* been that way. Changing 12.10 to 12.11 would then
require you to get a new key.
