Bug TCC 36.52.88 Standalone - TCEdit Entry Point Error (?Sci_IsSelection@@YAHPEAUHWND_@@Z)

This error has been occurring for a few builds now.
I have tried a clean re-install of TCC making sure the folder has been removed before re-installing and I get the same error.

That's odd. It seems to be in there.
