TCMD.ini has many entries listed under the [Elevated] section - is this expected?

While researching a problem with Colors in my TCC environment I noticed that my TCMD.ini for Version 36 was much larger than the same file for Version 35.

It appears that I have an [Elevated] section in the version 36 file which has many entries (26900 to be exact) that look like this.

Tab0=11352
Tab1=11352
Tab2=11352
Tab3=11352
Tab4=11352
Tab5=11352
...
Tab26900=11352

What are these lines there for and are they needed? Or is it safe to delete them?

That is not a valid section for TCMD.INI (and I do not have it here in my TCMD.INI).

That might have been left over from a beta build.
