TCMD won't terminate when it's minimized

With or without ConPty, in TCC in TCMD (only one tab), issue delay 5 & exit and during the delay minimize TCMD. TCC exits, CONHOST doesn't exit, and TCMD doesn't terminate until it's restored.

I can confirm this. But the same thing happens with version 35, so it seems that it's another thing that we're just noticing for the first time. I don't have any still older versions on my laptop to test with.

It happens with version 24 also. I didn't try all the ones in between.

It's fixed in build 34. Another RTL peculiarity.
