TCMD11 Toolbar Issues

I have encountered a number of problems with the toolbar in
version 11.

1. When I try to add or edit buttons on the toolbar, the
window opens to the right of the button, even if that
means that the window is largely off the screen.

2. I tried using the /R and /W options of the TCTOOLBAR
command, and Take Command would get hung.

It's probably a not-in-this-version item, but it would
awfully nice if one could drag the buttons around to change
their order, and even which tab they are on. Duplicating a
button (copying rather than moving) would also be nice, as
would the ability to insert a new button at any location on
the toolbar.

Fixed in build 22.

None of those are supported by the underlying control. (It's easy enough to
edit a toolbar file or the TCMD.INI file to copy & move things around.)

I've been editing the INI file all these years. It's easy to move the
button definitions around, but it is a nuisance to have to renumber all
of them.

Since editing the INI file is now disparaged, I tried writing out and
reading a toolber file. That's when I discovered the problem I reported.
I look forward to the fix.
