the MD command does not give an error if I try to create an already existing directory.

I am using "TCC 36.52.88 x64 Windows 11 [Version 10.0.26200.9168]".
The first time I use the command "*md C:\x", it creates a directory, as expected.
But if I type the same command again, it does not say that the directory already exists.
If I try the same test with TCC 35 it says
TCC: (Sys) Cannot create a file when that file already exists.
"C:\x"

Thank You and regards
