If you issue THREAD OPTION, you get the options dialog and can continue working at the TCC prompt.

Hmmm. That doesn't work for me, either in TCMD or detached. It would have been handy.

When you change an option in the thread, does it take effect in TCC?

You're right. I had only tried it with TCC running in Windows Terminal where it does work. I wonder if that because of the absence of the (expected) ConsoleWindowClass window?

I've used it a lot and I've seen no evidence that it behaves differently from how it behaves when run in TCC's main thead.
