Fixed Toolbar Buttons disappear when changing configuration

I have several toolbar buttons which are configured as follows (some with "Insert a separator"; some with an Icon; one including both):

TCMD.INI:
B6=3330,0,0,,ProgramData,,%PROGRAMDATA,,

Right-Click Dialog:

These entries exist for years - well decades - and always worked, including editing and creating new ones. Starting with TCMD 36 (I think), they only work in a limited fashion:
  • Existing entries in TCMD.INI are being read and work properly.
  • Editing one entry works, but after restarting TCMD all "Change folder directory" items are gone, that is, they are not stored in TCMD.INI anymore.
  • Creating a new one works, but only temporarily. After restarting TCMD I get the same result as above.
  • Creating a command button "Send to the current tab", for instance, works. After restarting TCMD it is still there, but the "Change folder directory" items are gone.
  • When changing something using the options dialog of TCMD this also happens.
The odd thing is, this does not happen when closing TCMD without changing any options, since TCMD rewrites the INI file anyway. That is why I forgot to send a report immediately. But after installing TCMD 36.50, I was reminded of the fact when trying out the new menu.

As a workaround I keep a copy of TCMD.INI and manually restore the buttons every time they go missing. But that gets tedious quickly.
