trouble connecting

Anyone having trouble connecting to web sites. I have no problem connecting to sites that provide https connection but ones without the secure connection it just will not connect.
Some that SAY they are https:// aren't really connecting either.

It's effecting all my browsers, I've done the reset cleared cookies cache and flushed the dns
disabled all extentions.

batchfile to do the above: TCC is elevated

reset.btm
netsh int ip reset c:\resetlog.txt
netsh winsock reset
ipconfig /flushdns
reboot /v

but no luck

Works for me if I browser with my andriod to any site I couldn't access it then works as normal on my pc. Odd Google sync behaviour

This actually happens to me periodically on a Chromebook running the latest Chrome — odd.

I scoured up a forum post somewhere saying that it was related to using Google's DNS servers (4.4.4.4, 8.8.8.8), which I had been using. Since switching away, I haven't experienced it again, though it's been only a few days.
