V11 HELP

The tcmd.chm distributed with TCC 11.00.49 has the title "Take Command Help
v. 12" ... The help file body is the correct version, at least based on the
content of the "whatsnew.htm" topic.

Previously reported and fixed -- download the updated build.

I downloaded (from ftp site) the latest tcmd.exe and found the identical
(mistitled) tcmd.chm, even the same timestamp as in the download on 06/07.

I updated with "option /u" and all's well. The help has the correct title.

I just checked the ftp site, and it definitely has the correct help.
