There is a problem with truncated text at the right border in TCMD ConPTY tab (NOT in conhost) ...

I see that, too. I thought I read somewhere that with the new version when resizing the TCMD window, it would snap to character boundaries. I don't see that, and the last character can get lost entirely under the right gutter. In fact, I can have as much as 1.5 characters under the gutter.

Fixed in bulid 69. DirectWrite bug; it always creates character glyphs slightly wider than the font, and it does it even when you give it the flags telling it not to do that.

I just installed build 70, and I still have a problem with command-line input characters and output characters getting lost under the right gutter.

I can move the right TCMD window edge and cover at least one entire character. When I was entering that string of As, the cursor eventually disappeared under the gutter.
