variable _tcmdinstances

I have two instances of Take Command running, but the variable %_tcmdinstances detects only one. Yes, they are from different versions of Take Command. Nevertheless, I expected to see 2 in the output. Are my expectations wrong?

_tcmdinstances is the # of instances of the same version. It does not detect and count other versions.
