Take Command doesn't send any notifications. TCC has the TOAST command, so you could tell TCC to send a notification.

I've used TOAST in my logon BTM for many years to advise me whether or not my IP address has changed. I don't open the toasts. That's the first time I saw such a message (from Windows I gather).

The message is coming from Windows, not TCC or TCMD.
