Done XDIR /H2: show only ".." instead of "." and "..".

I've used /H on DIR since the beginning because displaying "." and ".." in a directory listing is seldom needed.

On XDIR, "." seems to be just as pointless, while ".." does have a use case (many other mini file managers do precisely this (7Zip, pictured below, is one such example).

I'd like to have an /H2 option that omits "." from the listing but shows ".." always (even if it's normally hidden), as in this mockup:

The "." entry isn't useless - you can click on that to get XDIR to read and redisplay the current directory. This can be useful if the directory is being modified by other apps.

Add it to the XDirRefresh key definition (the default is Ctrl-R).
