Add ability to VIEW highlighted file from SELECT

SELECT allows the pressing of the Ctrl-L keyboard combination to view the current highlighted file with LIST.

I would like to suggest that SELECT allow the pressing of a Ctrl-<whatever> keyboard combination to view the current highlighted file with VIEW.
