Is it possible to integrate the CS-Script Engine into a future version of TCC, or would it be better to integrate it into TCC via a plugin?

I don't think it's possible to do either, without converting TCC into a C# / CLR app.

Well, someone had partial success with this a few years back, but I cannot get it to work on current TCC.

Github repository for tcc-plugin project.

Author seems to not have been active for quite a bit.
