TCC 36.52.88 Standalone - TCEdit Entry Point Error (?Sci_IsSelection@@YAHPEAUHWND_@@Z)

This error has been occurring for a few builds now.
I have tried a clean re-install of TCC making sure the folder has been removed before re-installing and I get the same error.

That's odd. It seems to be in there.

Code:
v:\> dumpbin /exports d:\tc36\tcedit.exe | grep IsSelection
         13 C 000064B0 ?Sci_IsSelection@@YAHPEAUHWND__@@@Z

v:\> *ver

TCC 36.52.88 x64 Windows 11 [Version 10.0.26200.9457]

I get the same error message. In my tcedit.exe, the mentioned function is not marked as export. There's only a single one (RegisterApplicationRestartStub):

Code:
> pexports tcedit.exe
LIBRARY TCEdit.exe
EXPORTS
?RegisterApplicationRestartStub@@YAJPEB_WK@Z

Code:
> dumpbin /exports tcedit.exe
  ...
Section contains the following exports for TCEdit.exe
  ...
    ordinal hint RVA name

          1 0 00011010 ?RegisterApplicationRestartStub@@YAJPEB_WK@Z

That's an odd message (and not reproducible here), because (1) TCEdit isn't a dynamic link library, and (2) that code hasn't changed for quite a while, and (3) Sci_IsSelection is called in IDE.EXE and in TCMD.EXE as well. Do you get errors there or only with TCEdit?

TCEdit is also installed by the TCC installer (the plain TCC package without Take Command). Maybe it's not supposed to be part of that installation. The error occurs when directly calling TCEdit from the TCC command-line.

I only get it for TCEdit.
I used Google's AI (yeh yeh, I know) and although it took me down a wrong path at first, I got it back on track to figuring out the error but unfortunately the result was to come here and ask, which I did. Its conclusion though was it thinks there is a version mismatch between TCC and TCEdit.

Note: I have used Google's AI for diagnosing issues with other things and found that if I am verbose with my questions, and careful to spot its mistakes, I can get fairly good results. Though I hate calling it an AI, intelligent it is not.

Edit to add: I never had the issue on my old PC running version 28 of TCC. Maybe I will give that version a try (I still have its installer) to see if it's something about this new PC causing the issue. I just decided when I set up this PC that "new PC, may as well get the new version of TCC!" As such, it was a fresh install of version 36 and not an upgrade which ruled out some sort of upgrade corruption issue.

TCEdit has been included with TCC since its creation. The only packages its not include with are the free TCC-RT and CMDebug.
