TCEdit - Move Line Up/Down

I've added shortcut keys to do the following;

VS2022 allows me to use the Alt+Up Arrow keyboard combination to move a line up.
VS2022 allows me to use the Alt+Down Arrow keyboard combination to move a line down.

I went in and added these keys to TCEdit;

Works as it should.

I then exit TCEdit.

I go back in,
and the keys I assigned are no longer there.

I referenced Done - TCEdit Shortcuts and Font Name/Size from a few years ago.

In my TCMD.INI file,
I have;

[4NT]
XMLSettings=Yes

No settings get written to the TCEdit.xml file on exit.

So, I changed it to;

[4NT]
XMLSettings=No

...exited TCC,
started TCC,
started TCEdit,
assigned the shortcut keys,
exited TCEdit,
started TCEdit,
shortcut keys that I had assigned are not there.

The TCEdit.ini file gets updated when I exit TCEdit,
but it does not contain the shortcut keys I assgined.

Here's my stop-gap solution for now.

I have added the following to my HotStrings.ahk file;

There is no INI option named "XMLSettings". It was removed several years ago.

started TCC,
started TCEdit,
assigned the shortcut keys,
exited TCEdit,
started TCEdit,
shortcut keys that I had assigned are not there.

The TCEdit.ini file gets updated when I exit TCEdit,
but it does not contain the shortcut keys I assgined.

Fixed in the next build. (The RTL customize dialog was returning the wrong result.)
