Need BR4NT for 4NT v4.01

I have a license for v4.01 of 4NT (from JPSoft) that I wish to use since that will fit on a 1.44MB floppy, However this version had to be licensed via a separate utility called BR4NT.exe that JPSoft emailed to me along with my license details. They did this in a JPBRAND.zip archive.

I have long since lost BR4NT.exe (and archive) and JPSoft doesn't have a copy either (I've asked).

I'm hoping some out there has a copy saved away somewhere they can send me.
