String conversion functions/features
Convert a string, e-g. to UTF-8. Currently I cannot use non-ascii characters to FFIND/T in files I know to be in UTF-8. A function such as %@convert[source-coding,target-coding,string] could help. Alternative name: %@chcoding[…]. Alternative: an option to FFIND's /T (source-coding would be that of the command-line).
