The Plugin Manager (Plugins in the main menu) connects you to a repository of third-party plugins. You can browse the available plugins, and install / update / remove them.
TCEdit supports (most) Notepad++ plugins. There are a few Notepad++ plugins that access internal Notepad++ features (like the toolbar) which will not run in TCEdit.
After a plugin has been installed, it will appear in the Plugins menu with a submenu for accessing things like options, dialogs, etc.
