I think I have everything turned on in my profile, but, I've found that I'm not being notified by e-mail when there's a reply to my threads. Can someone please help me get notified?

User CP > Edit Options > Messaging & Notification > Default Thread Subscription Mode ... and then pick the desired type of e-mail notification from the pop-up menu.
