Interface Corrupt (16.0027)

After change the theme to Windows 8.1 on my Windows 7 machine my Menu's and Ribbon are corrupt
the ribbon show the first items in strange colours
a deinstall en install didn't help
is there a way to reset the interface ?

Start REGEDIT, go to "HKEY_CURRENT_USER\Software\JP Software", and delete the "Take Command 16.0" key.
