Preserve font size when changing monitor DPI

I have a laptop with a 240 DPI screen connected to a 96 DPI external monitor. I normally run Take Command on the external monitor. If I shut down Take Command and Windows, disconnect the external monitor, start Windows, and open Take Command, the font size in the tabs is too small to read. I need to go into Options to increase it. Take Command should preserve the font size.

Are you asking what the value is in Display > Scale and Layout? For the 96 DPI monitors, it is 100%. For the 240 DPI screen, it is 250%. These are the Windows "recommended" settings.

Advanced Scaling Settings > Fix Scaling for Apps is on; I don't know what this does and I never changed it.

Does Take Command use "Per-Monitor (V2) DPI Awareness":

It works if you just drag the Take Command window between the monitors. But, that isn't the problem I reported. TCC 32.10.21 x64 Windows 10 [Version 10.0.19045.4651]
