updater.exe fails with error message

Hi,

I am using TCC/LE 13.00.21 on a German Windows 7 Professional 64bit. When I try to run 'updater.exe /checknow', it errors out with a message that translates as "The system can't find the path specified".
Does anybody have the same problem or maybe even a way to fix it?

It is working now in version 13.00.22
