Declined IDE / BDEBUGGER debris

Remove WATCH, BP, etc files on closing the IDE. Or give us some control over the place where the're written

Remember that the bdebugger files have to be kept in the same folder as the BTM - so that might be why there is no control where they are written to.

This is a (requested) feature, not a bug. Users wanted to preserve debugging options across multiple sessions. And the files are always kept in the same place as the batch file, so the debugger can reload them.
