BDEBUGGER: add cmdline option to set a breakpoint at a given line

/BP:<number> sets a breakpoint at line <number>

Not running in the debugger, you catch an error, filter the number of the offending line, cancel the batch and defer to the debugger only needing to press "Run to Breakpoint Shft-F11".
