I was attempting to use the following options for the TASKBAR command, but they do not work on my system;

Control
Start

That is;

Taskbar Control
Taskbar Start

...do nothing.

Is it just my system? The other TASKBAR options seem to be working okay.

Microsoft has changed (or removed) the control IDs for those dialogs, but failed to document the new values.

TASKBAR is (mostly) obsolete at this point; you should probably be using WSETTINGS instead.
