Done CLIP Command: Allow Clipboard Specification by Number Alone

The syntax for the CLIP command currently requires clipboards to be specified by full name, such as CLIP3: (except for the /R option, which takes a number instead).

I would like to suggest allowing the clipboards to be specified optionally either with their full name or just their number.

CLIP [/C clipn:] [/R clipn:] [/S clipn: text] [/Z]
