Command and directory history pop-up additions: Add keyboard method for moving between the search box and the results displayed when inside the CMD history (page-UP) display. Same for directory (CTRL-pageUP) window.

You can already do that with Tab.

It would be more obvious if an entry was highlighted after the tab moves the cursor into the results. like when the command history window first appears.
But using cursor keys before highlighting begins isn't bad.

It would be useful to include this in the "Command History Window" help.
