I have uploaded 22.0.40 to the web site.

This build addresses a Symantec / Comodo (/ Microsoft?) code signing bug that suddenly manifested this afternoon. I am currently building v21 to fix the same problem; it will be uploaded in a few minutes.

Confirmed to fix the problem. Uninstalled crashing 22v39, installed 22v40, and previously entered license became visible and no register loop.
