V15's automatic error emails to JPSoft!

That seems a bit heavy-handed! Can it be turned off?

It would seem you're not even accepting them. I'm getting messages like this from my mail server.

After 3 hours, the following addresses had delivery problems:
 
  support@jpsoft.com [Temporary failure - still trying to deliver]

If they ever get delivered, you're going to get a bunch of them because I have been plugin-programming today (and not having a good time of it!). Or perhaps I have been blocked for sending too many error reports.

If Take Command, TCC, or the IDE crash, they will now automatically send the TCMD.GPF error file to support@jpsoft.com. (If you have a reproducible error, please still send the steps to reproduce the problem.)

What will be the status of this feature upon release?

It will not be in the release. (For one thing, it requires users to have configured their SMTP settings in TCC -- which you apparently haven't?)
