Elevated session and UpdateTitle?

I use the directive "UpdateTitle=No" but in elevated sessions the title is updated. The help doesn't mention this. Can I force my "UpdateTitle=No" to be honored? To be more precise, when idling, the title is just my TITLEPROMPT but during command execution, my TITLEPROMPT is prefixed with "Administrator: ".
