Rex, thanks for updating TCCLE. After installing the update I find that the version of tcmd.chm is 13.00 September 10, 2011 whereas the previous build 13.04.63 included a newer tcmd.chm file, 13.04 May, 2, 2012.

The later help file updates were for Take Command v13; there aren't any changes relevant to TCC/LE after the 13.0 help.
