TCEDIT: show us more stuff in the status bar.

The status bar should show: the zoom level (since it's entirely separate from the font size); the file's encoding, if known; the file's EOL (I've already tested the editor and it handles without issue CR/LF, LF and CR as EOL markers).

ALSO: some of the fields in the status bar have differing widths that cause other items within it to move around: "INS"/"OVR" and the code number of the current character goes from 0 to a five-digit number (for which I haven't fully figured out what it is yet) are the most notorious cases.

Never noticed that, but you're right. It seems to match the value of the character at the cursor, only when that character is ASCII. And wouldn't hex be more appropriate?
