What are the name and the address of Your update server?

I am using TCC 31 build 19 on my Windows 10 English.
If I run option and then I check for updates, I get the error that You can see here.
What is the name and the address of Your updates server?
I ask this so that I can check if there is a problem on my side.
When I check for updates from Take Command, nothing happens.
I do not get any error, but I do not see a message that says that I am already updated.

Are you trying to update TCC from a Take Command license? If you have a stand-alone version of TCC you wouldn't have "Take Command 31" in the title bar of the error popup.

The server name & path is the same for Take Command and TCC:

After just one minute, in both TCC and Take Command, it says that I have the latest version.
The 403 error is still there.

Correct, because that's a directory and you cannot access it. The updater accesses the appropriate *.aiu file in that directory to check for updates.
