WAD %_do_errors does not report errors when loop control variable type is not directory entry

When a DO loop control variable is defined e.g. via /P option, %_do_errors remains 0 even if errors are reported during loop execution.

WAD - %_do_errors only reflects errors in the DO command, not in some other app / batch file executed via /P (or random commands / apps / batch files executed inside a DO loop).
