Fixed The DATE command produces the wrong error message.

If I try to change the date through the DATE command, I'll get "invalid date" error messages:

However, on an elevated session, this works without issue:

It's pretty obvious DATE didn't work on the first screenshot due to insufficient permissions, but produced the wrong message; TIME, however, works as expected.
