No stress, but I decided to make a posting yet about the wrong help text because UTF8 ...

Not sure what your point here is -- the only time you would have a problem with this directive is if you set it to 0 and you *did* have UTF-8 output. If you set it to 1 and you have ASCII output, there isn't a problem. So it can never harm you, but not setting it could hurt.

Maybe not "wrong" so much as "out of date".

I corrected it in the help, but it was not worth spending 2+ hours rebuilding the help for something that makes no difference.

Rex, I just posted it because you said, "help is wrong" (in linked thread) and it could confusing other people too (like me).

Yes, such a long rebuilding is annoying of course!
