MOVE to different drive

Consider MOVE'ing files to a different drive.
Effectively it is like COPY + DEL.

If that is the case, can we control whether files end in the recycle bin or not?

Why would you want that? If you need the file back where it was, you simply move it back, no? :)

No, you cannot. (Not sure what the benefit would be other than making a
really big recycle bin.)

You could build an alias that actually does a COPY followed by a DEL.
